Refund Policy

Given the digital nature of our courses, refund requests are evaluated case-by-case within 7 days of purchase, provided the student has consumed less than 20% of the course content. Consultations are non-refundable once the slot is confirmed, but can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session. Refunds, when approved, are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
